Refunds will only be provided in cases where the service has not been delivered as agreed, and only after an investigation by our team.

Toronto Shines is not liable for any delays or inability to provide services if access to the property is restricted. Clients must ensure that valuables and personal items are secured, as Toronto Shines will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

5. Liability
Toronto Shines takes great care to deliver high-quality cleaning services. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by improper handling of fragile items unless previously agreed upon in writing. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service. Toronto Shines will not be responsible for damages or losses outside of the services provided.

For the safety of our employees and clients, Toronto Shines reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in environments that pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to unsafe working conditions, hazardous materials, or unmanageable clutter.
